Cheltenham Plaza is located in the centre of Cheltenham Town. The decor is simple, contemporary and modern and all appliances have full instructions for use provided. There is a communal lift to all floors as well as stairs. Accommodation includes a fully equipped Kitchen with all utensils that one would expect in a serviced apartment and appliances including a washer/ dryer, Fridge with freezer compartment and oven, dining area with table and four chairs, Lounge area including sofa and television with Dvd player and Freeview and Shower room. Every Apartment also benefits from FREE wireless broadband internet connection and a telephone on request. Due to the central location there is limited secure parking on the ground floor of the building, and most apartments have the added benefit of a balcony.

Cancellation Policy:
All cancellations and amendments/alterations should be made in writing by fax or by e-mail. Enquiries about cancellations and amendments can be made on the phone first but must be followed by a written confirmation by fax or by e-mail.
All cancellations and amendments made before the cancellation deadline will incur only a £25 (GBP) processing fee. This amount will be deducted from the refund issued the same day of the cancellation and a confirmation of the cancellation will be forwarded to the guests. Please note that all refunds will also incur a 5% (of the total amount originally paid) credit card handling fee charge.
All cancellations must be made at least 15 days prior to arrival.
Any cancellation made within this period is non-refundable.
