Citadines Place d’Italie is a 3-star air conditioned apartment providing accommodation in its 168 apartments over 8 floors, which includes 129 studios for 1 or 2 people, and 38 one-bedroom apartments to accommodate up to 4 people. In studios, there are sofa beds or pullout beds and in the apartments, you can find sofa or pullout beds in the lounge area and one double bed or two single beds in the bedroom.

The apartment stands in a very typical Butte aux Cailles and has numerous places of interest like the Jardin des Plantes with its Natural History Museum, the Francois Mitterrand Library (the TGB), the famous Chinese Quarter and the Gobelins tapestry workshop, streets with little bistros at a close distance. The apartment is also at a close distance to the Bercy sports arena, Censier and Jussieu universities and the Arab World Institute. You can also make visit to the wide-screen cinema located just outside the apartment.

All air-conditioned studios and apartments are air-conditioned and have a bathroom provided with hairdryer and separate toilet only in one-bedroom apartment. There is a fully-equipped kitchen area which features stove, oven, fridge, dishwasher and much more. Other in-room facilities include work desk, TV with satellite channels, hi-fi system and direct-line phone. House linen is also provided and is changed once a week free of charge. Beds will be found made up on your arrival. The apartment features 8 apartments for people with reduced mobility.

The apartment is situated in an important business area which is just a few distance away from the Ecole nationale des Arts and Metiers, Pitie-Salpetriere hospital and the Latin Quarter. The apartment overlooks the tree-lined street.

Metro line 5 which connects with gare Austerlitz, gare du Nord and gare de l’Est, Metro line 6 which connects with gare Montparnasse and Metro Line 7 (Place d’Italie station) serve the apartment. RER line C and line B are also just a few distance away. Bus lines 27, 47, 57, 67 and 83 have also connectivity to the apartment. Taxi rank is at a distance of 3 minutes away on foot. Orly airport and Roissy CdG are 20 and 45 minutes away, respectively.

Cancellation Policy:

CANCELLATION AND AMENDMENT POLICY

The cancellation and amendment deadline is for 3 working days (monday to friday)prior to the arrival date by mid-day (12:00) London time. This cancellation policy will also be stated on the confirmation.

All cancellations and amendments/alterations should be made in writing by fax or by e-mail. Enquiries about cancellations and amendments can be made on the phone first but must be followed by a written confirmation by fax or by e-mail.
Any reservation cancelled more than 3 working days prior to the arrival date by mid-day (12:00) London time, will incur only a £25 (GBP) processing fee. This amount will be deducted from the refund issued the same day of the cancellation and a confirmation of the cancellation will be forwarded to the guests. Please note that all refunds will also incur a 5% (of the total amount originally paid) credit card handling fee charge.
Any reservation amended (amendments include modifying the arrival date and adding or reducing the number of apartments or nights) more than 3 working days prior to the arrival date by mid-day (12:00) London time, will incur only a GBP 25 (GBP) processing fee. This amount will be deducted from any refund issued or added to any extra charge made the same day of the amendment and a confirmation of the amendment will be forwarded to the guests. Please note that all refunds will also incur a 5 percent (of the total amount originally paid) credit card handling fee charge.Please note that although the length of stay can be extended, there will be no obligation from the property to allocate the same apartment or to apply the same rate.If the duration of the reserved stay is to be shortened, then the applicable tariff for that shorter duration will come into force.
Please note that a change of rate for a shortened or lengthened stay will be applied retrospectively: the new rate will be effective from the original date of arrival.
Any reservation made or arriving within 3 working days prior to arrival will be non-refundable and non-exchangeable. All reservations made and not used (non-arrival / double bookings) without the reservations being amended or cancelled prior to arrival will also incur a full charge.
Clients are responsible for contacting Apartotels.com directly for any amendment or cancellation and as advised above any change or cancellation will only be actioned when a request in writing is received. Any amendment or cancellation made directly with the property will not be considered valid. Any request to cancel or amend a reservation cannot be considered complete until you receive our confirmation. Until you do your booking will still be considered valid as originally made so please ensure you contact us if you do not receive a confirmation of your cancellation/amendment within 1 hour of your initial written request if made during normal business working hours, or within 1 hour of our opening times if your initial request is made overnight or at weekend.

LATE CANCELLATION/NO SHOW POLICY
For a cancellation notified at any time after mid-day (12:00) 3 working days (monday to friday) prior to the arrival date or for a 'no show', Apartotels.com will retain an amount as follows:

for stays of under 7 nights, the value of one night's stay;
for stays of between 7 nights to 27 nights, the value of three nights' stay; and
for stays of more than 28 nights, the value of seven nights' stay.

The above amount will be deducted from the refund issued. Please note that all refunds will also incur a 5% (of the total amount originally paid) credit card handling fee charge.

MODIFICATION TO A RESERVATION, OR TO THE DURATION OF STAY, AFTER ARRIVAL
After arrival any modification to the length of stay will be subject to a £25 (GBP) processing fee if the length of stay is being reduced.

If the duration of the reserved stay is to be shortened, the applicable tariff for that shorter duration will come into force and both the new rate and processing fee will be taken into account before any refund is made. Please note that all refunds will also incur a 5% (of the total amount originally paid) credit card handling fee charge.

If the duration of the reserved stay is to be extended (subject to availability of course), there will be no obligation from the property to allocate the same apartment or to apply the same rate.
