Hotel Description:
The residence, built in the old wine warehouses Gallery Tatry, is ideally located : close to the Palais des Congrès, the city center and docks, with direct access to the tramway. It offers a high standard of accommodation, with well equipped apartments providing luxury and comfort to enhance our clients’ stay.

Apartments:

Studio (sleeps 2) (18 m²): Living room (Double or twin bed), kitchenette, 1 bathroom with WC.
1-Bedroom Apartment (sleeps 4) (35 m²): Living room (Sofa bed), kitchenette, 1 bedroom (Double or Twin beds), 1 bathroom with WC.

The apartments are set up with the following elements:

Kitchen: microwave, fridge, hotplates, electric coffee maker, crockery and utensils
Living/dining area: with 1 double sofa bed or double bed or twins and television
Bathroom: with bath and WC

The apartments for the disabled are equipped with a shower room instead of bathroom

By car
Exit Bordeaux lac (exit Rocade 4c), follow Bordeaux centre, then « Cours Louis Fargue » which become « Cours St Louis » (before the round about whith Cour du Médoc), turn on the 5th street on the right.

By tramway
On line C, stop at "Grand Lac", the residence is at 20 meters from the subway station.

By train
16 TGVs daily Bordeaux-Paris (3h). 4 TGVs daily from Lille – Gare Bordeaux Saint Jean.

By plane

Cancellation Policy:

All cancellations and amendments/alterations should be made in writing by fax or by e-mail. Enquiries about cancellations and amendments can be made on the phone first but must be followed by a written confirmation by fax or by e-mail.

All cancellations and amendments made before the cancellation deadline will incur only a £25 (GBP) processing fee. This amount will be deducted from the refund issued the same day of the cancellation and a confirmation of the cancellation will be forwarded to the guests. Please note that all refunds will also incur a 5% (of the total amount originally paid) credit card handling fee charge.

All cancellations must be made at least 1 working day(s) prior to arrival. If you fail to cancel prior to this time the property reserve the right to charge for 1 day(s) accommodation.
